Our Story

Relax it's Natural Hair Salon, was forged through adversity. Angelice dug deep at the age of twenty to create her first business. Thirteen years later, the reputation of this unisex salon proceeds into a true living legacy. She created this company with the consumer in mind. "I just wanted every day people to feel like super stars." The mission of this company is to give men and women with extraordinary talents an opportunity. Afterall, the possibilities are endless in the industry of Cosmetology through Entrepreneurship.

Our #1 priority is healthy hair. We work in a welcoming environment, centered around teamwork, and professionalism. We continue to educate ourselves to the highest level of our individual crafts to create your signature style.

Whether you are new to the area, preparing for a special event, or just feel like looking good; stop by today. You will need a consultation. We will customize your style based on work, fitness, and your homecare ability. The salon is equipped with stylist to best fit your hair care needs.

Salon Policies

CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS

At Relax it's Natural, we know things happen. In order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients needs, we require that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


We are unable to hold any appointment without a credit card on file. If you no show or cancel without 24 hours notice, we will try and fill your appointment. If we are unable to do so, a charge of up to 50% of your service and will be charged to your card.

LATE POLICY

We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with an available stylist.

RETURN POLICY

We care. Want to make sure you are totally happy with your purchase. Product returns must happen within 10 days of purchase, be accompanied by a store receipt (and we can view in your client file) and the product must be nearly full. If you paid by credit card, you may receive a credit on your card. NO CASH BACK will be given for any returns, under any circumstances.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We pride ourselves on creating the best customer experience possible. If there is anything we can do to improve your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can book any adjustments within our 14 day policy.  If your adjustments happen outside of our 14 day policy there may be a fee.

Q: How can I book an appointment? 

A: Each stylist has an individual schedule, be sure to confirm your appointment with that individual. 


Q: What forms of payments do we accept?

A: The stylist may or may not accept the following form of payments: cash, debit cards, credit cards, Square Cash, ApplePay, and SamsungPay. Be sure to confirm the type of payment before services.
